Large Furniture Shipping
We offer a flat rate to freight furniture to most destinations within Australia.
Our deliveries are completed via third party delivery partners who calculate the delivery costs depending on the delivery location. You can receive the shipping estimate before placing an order and will be charged separately.
If you are in an area that results in a higher freight cost, we may be in touch to request an additional fee for example: Rural areas, large amount of stairs, limited truck access areas and lifts etc

If you plan to collect a purchase made online, please let us know your planned travel date so we can ensure the items are easily accessible. It’s a great opportunity to see our vast range of items; we love to meet our customers!

Covid-19 Delivery Update
Due to the current situation around the world, we are still shipping out. If we are closed and unable to ship, we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily. Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time if we are required to close for a period or uncontrollable timeframes by Australia Post.

Due to the demand of sending our items Australia Wide, we have created some strong relationships with a range of logistics providers. We will happily quote, book and co-ordinate the collection on your behalf providing you are happy with the quote provided. Furniture Castle strives to make your transaction as easy as possible; we do not make a profit or receive commission by offering this service.
Australian Deliveries – Nonfragile small items under 20kgs
We can deliver Australia Wide to your door or PO Box with track & trace capabilities. Your tracking number will be provided when the item has been dispatched. If you require a faster delivery service, please phone us to see what we can do for you 1300-115-121 or (03) 9018-9013.
International Deliveries – Non-Fragile small items under 20kgs
Furniture castle use Australia Post to courier our items internationally.Mirrors
If you require freight of one of our mirrors, please contact us on 1300-115-121 or (03) 9018-9013 or info@furniturecastle.com.au for a Pack N Send Quote which includes fragile packaging and insurance. We require your suburb and postcode for accurate quotation. If you would like to arrange transport of these item to a rural or interstate location, we have found that a custom crate and ordinary transport provider may be a cheaper option than a removalist. For a Fee of $25.00 we will bubble wrap and build a custom timber open crate. Please contact us with your suburb and postcode if you would like a courier quote. You are transporting this item at your own risk; we will do everything possible to secure the item within a crate to withstand transit
